Under the Williamson Act Preserve: Our Properties are protected & regulated by rules and restrictions designated to ensure that the land within the preserve is maintained for agricultural or open space use.

This means we are dedicated to maintain the integrity of the land to raise healthy grass fed animals and host educational, ecological and conscious events to create awareness and celebrate the gifts nature has to share with us.
